Stay hydrated – Drink 2 -3
liters of water each day. Look for juice bars along the way so
you can get your wheatgrass and green drinks while you are away
from home. More and more juice bars and grocery stores are making
fresh veggie juices! Remember to drink at least a liter of alkaline
water prior to flying. |

Before

more. Make sure to stock up on snacks in the grocery section. |

When traveling
you may want to bring some of your own staples that you can use
at your destination or take with you to restaurants, such as:
sprouts, avocados, almonds, sunflower seeds, cold pressed olive
oil, Real Salt and some dehydrated crackers. If you can't
take these from home, make one of your first stops at your destination
the local market or health food store. |

Carry silverware,
plastic containers, napkins, a can opener and a cooler with you,
if possible. If you do have to get creative and make your own
meals, it will be much easier. |
