One of the first things you may ask about a
healthy lifestyle is:
"What do I eat?"
The next question is usually:
"How do I get my children to eat this way?"
The recipes that follow are tried and true
favorites of the members of our Harmony Loft community.
If you are just getting started, the goal is
to move your diet in a positive direction. You can substitute existing
ingredients in your favorite recipes and use these to give you
some suggestions.
Some contain yeast or an occasional animal
product such as eggs or chicken bullion to help transition your
family to healthy eating. You can substitute vegetable broth for
chicken bullion, and one Tablespoon of flax seed with three Tablespoons
of water can replace one egg.
